AlphaFold Database Adds Viral Protein Complexes
More than 8,000 predicted protein complexes from around 2,800 viruses, spanning 23 virus families with human-infecting members, are now in the AlphaFold Database as part of its new Pandemic Preparedness portal. Our lab co‑led this international effort with EMBL-EBI, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA and partners, covered by Nature and announced by EMBL.
